Man stole twice at the same Walgreens store.

Hatillo – An individual was arrested on Sunday morning by a Municipal Police of Hatillo, after it was confirmed that he was under arrest for aggravated illegal appropriation, the police reported. The arrest was made by Officer Emmanuel Villanueva, in the parking lot of the Walgreens store in the town of Hatillo, where Christian O.
