A man shot by police Saturday night in Overlea was taken to a hospital, according to Baltimore County police. County police are reporting in the 11 p.m. hour that there was a police shooting at the Hazelwood Inn in the 4900 block of Hazelwood Avenue. BALTIMORE, MD—Police are on the scene of a Saturday night shooting near the Overlea area. The shooting was reported at approximately 10:15 p.m. on January 31 in the 4900 block of Hazelwood Avenue (21206). There has been no word on injuries. No suspect information has been made available at this time. Residents and motorists can expect a heavy police presence in the area.
