FARGO A man said he was abducted from a storage unit in Fargo and escaped his kidnappers while tied up by jumping out of a pickup when it drove near the police station. Brian Allen Mondor, 46, of West Fargo, was charged Friday, Oct. 27, in Cass County District Court with felony charges of kidnapping, terrorizing, possessing meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
