DELAWARE COUNTY, Okla. — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a 41-year-old man was killed during a single vehicle crash Sunday in Delaware County. The vehicle, driven by 41- year-old Matthew Sowers, was headed east on East 250 Road, just west of 580 Road, just before 3:30 p.m. His vehicle left the road and crashed into a culvert, roadway sign and ditch before it hit a tree.
