A 20-year-old man was shot and killed in front of a Harvey home Wednesday morning in a hail of gunfire that startled residents of the usually quiet neighborhood.

According to JPSO Public Information Officer Brandon Veal, a man was found shot to death outside a home in the 1100 block of St. Michael Drive.
