- A judge ordered Proctor to remain jailed after federal prosecutors dismissed a felon-ammunition charge and filed attempted arson and unregistered device charges; Proctor pleaded not guilty.
- The incident happened two days after conservative activist Charlie Kirk was killed, Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael Thorpe said there is no evidence linking the cases, and two other men arrested earlier last month face unrelated state charges.
