NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A man is facing multiple charges following a traffic stop Saturday in North Charleston. An officer with the North Charleston Police Department stopped a vehicle on Northwood Boulevard for failing to signal and making an illegal lane change.
