Two Arrested in Bloomington Murder
Bloomington Police have arrested two people in the murder of 29-year-old Shawn Sullivan. Sullivan was shot and killed on September 26th near West Howe and South Morton Streets. Witnesses say he was struck after throwing a bicycle at a passing car. Investigators arrested Stephen Dixon the Second and Kaila Simms in Bedford. Dixon is charged with Murder and Criminal Recklessness, while Simms faces a charge of Neglect of a Dependent.
