Man charged with manslaughter after allegedly driving drunk, killing passenger in Dover-Foxcroft

A St. Albans man is charged with manslaughter after he allegedly crashed a car while driving drunk, killing his passenger. Issac Weymouth, 23, was indicted June 26 by a Piscatiquis County grand jury on one count each of manslaughter and operating while intoxicated causing death.
