MACKINAC COUNTY, MI – An 18-year-old man is charged with attempted murder and other crimes after allegedly stabbing another teen during an argument in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, WPBN/WGTU reports. Maxwell Phillips, 18, was arraigned Monday in Mackinac County court related to the incident that happened on Friday, Aug. 21, in Moran Township near St. Ignace, the report said. Phillips is accused of stabbing an 18-year-old male victim.
