SHEBOYGAN, Wis.– A man accused of injuring a 2-year-old child in a shooting at a Sheboygan business has died in custody. According to Sheboygan police, 65-year-old Pao Lee died in custody at the Sheboygan County Jail after he was found unresponsive in the shower. CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- The Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office has released the identity of the man who died while in custody at the Mecklenburg County Detention Center. The inmate has been identified as 38-year-old Miguel Gonzalez-Rasalas. He had been in custody since April 9, 2023, for the gruesome murder of a woman on Easter Sunday in 2023.
