PECATONICA, Ill. (WTVO) — Jacob Apple, 30, is accused of fracturing a man's face and breaking his ribs after attacking him outside a Pecatonica bar. According to the Winnebago County Sheriff's Office, deputies were called to the Railway Bar, 404 Main Street, around 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 24th.
