A coroner has issued a Prevention of Future Deaths report after two patients died following falls at St George's Hospital in Tooting.
76-year-old David Ward died on the 10th of February 2024 and 83-year-old Dr Debapriya Ghosh died the day after. Fiona Wilcox, Senior Coroner for Inner West London, said there were not enough beds or nurses to manage demand in A&E in both cases.
