Man arrested in Longmont after 4-hour standoff with police

A man was arrested on Monday after barricading himself in a Tulip Street apartment for over four hours. The 31-year-old man is facing one count of third-degree assault – crimes against an at-risk person; and one count of robbery – crimes against an at-risk person.
