CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — A 41-year-old Chattanooga man has been arrested after a shooting that left a neighbor and the neighbor’s dog injured. On April 21, 2025, at 4:24 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a person shot call in the 800 block of Sylvan Drive.
