- Investigators say Justice initially denied owning the X account before admitting to the posts, saying he was 'scared of what could happen'; his probation officer matched his phone's serial number to the account.
- Among the messages were `I'll be in LES Saturday` and `nah anyone wearing red on Saturday is getting shot.`
- He was booked on misdemeanor charges of threat of violence and obstruction of justice and held at Emery County Jail, while a judge granted release with home confinement and electronic monitoring.
- Three days before the game, FBI and Emery County Sheriff's Office investigate while the University of Utah and Brigham Young University presidents urge respect for the `Holy War` rivalry.
