Man accused of kidnapping, sexually assaulting woman in Watertown

Police have arrested a Watertown man on charges including kidnapping and first-degree aggravated sexual assault over the weekend. Officers responded to the area of Swift Middle School around 2:45 a.m. Sunday for the report of an assault.
