A man from Rosmalen who allegedly threw an illegal fireworks bomb at an officer was acquitted on appeal of attempted aggravated assault on Monday. The 19-year-old was previously sentenced to community service, but according to the court, the CCTV footage does not show that the man deliberately threw the nitrate at the officer.
