In Mauritius, Malagasy businessman Mamy Ravatomanga, former grey eminence of Andry Rajoelina, was placed under arrest Friday, October 24, 2025 by the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC). Two other persons, are suspected of conspiracy and influence trafficking on behalf of the Malagasy businessman on Mauritian territory.
