UPDATE: The hospital added that while water is now running through their pipes they are under a boil water advisory. The Penn Highlands Clearfield Emergency Department and QCare Clearfield are open and seeing patients. However, elective surgeries are being rescheduled and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
