Major fire in Tilburg: several fire engines called in

TILBURG - Early Wednesday morning, a fire broke out on the roof of an empty building on Dr. Delenlaan, near the TweeSteden Hospital. The fire was probably caused by a technical defect. The fire brigade quickly scaled up and was assisted by a small water transport from Oisterwijk....

The first report of the fire came in around a quarter to ten. Four fire engines and an aerial platform were called. It took a while before the fire could be extinguished, because the aerial platform had to be manoeuvred between the trees.
