THOUSANDS of drivers are set for a major blow as one of the country’s busiest roads is to close for almost a MONTH. The L-1003 is set to close on April 7 at 7am until May 2 at 6pm. The Westmeath road acts as a link between the Delvin Road and the Castlepollard Road roundabout.
