What a disgrace. On Saturday, the Village of Spring Valley plastered notices on cars telling residents to move their vehicles by Saturday night. Spring Valley Police followed up Sunday morning with loudspeakers going block to block. All very nice. Lots of announcements. Lots of noise. Then the snow came early Sunday morning.
