PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Magoffin County man has been indicted on federal drug and gun charges out of Johnson County. A grand jury indicted Tyler Isaac, 29, of Salyersville, last week on charges of possession of meth with the intent to distribute and felon in possession of a firearm. The charges stem from an incident in Johnson County back in January. If convicted, Isaac faces up to 20 years in prison for the drug charge and 15 years for the gun charge
