Madrid brings the new criteria for the distribution of migrant minors to the Constitutional
The government of Isabel Díaz Ayuso has announced this Wednesday that it will appeal to the Constitutional Court (TC) for the decision of the Central Executive to amend the law of Aliens on the criteria of distribution of unaccompanied foreign minors. The Community of Madrid has already given the instruction to its Attorney General to appeal the royal decree law 2/2025 that was approved by the Council of Ministers on March 18.
