Man accused of killing sister in Lynn ordered held without bail at arraignment
A 30-year-old man was arraigned on charges of murder and kidnapping in Lynn District Court Monday after prosecutors say police found him outside a home making statements about killing his sister. Joshua Smith, of Lynn, was ordered held without bail on the charges at the request of prosecutors. A court-appointed lawyer for Smith did not oppose the request, according to audio of the arraignment obtained by MassLive.
