Investigations into the alleged fiscal huachicol case continue to progress and now a judge decided to link the former Baja California governor, Ernesto Ruffo, who will face charges of organized crime, smuggling and hydrocarbon-related crimes. The decision was made during the continuation of the initial hearing, after the ex-mandator's defense requested an extension of the constitutional deadline to respond to the charges filed by the FGR.
