Rafael Louzan and Luis de la Fuente, the two main faces of the Real Federación Española de Fútbol (RFEF), stepped on the soil of Ceuta this Friday to give first hand their encouragement to its institutions and its inhabitants in the middle of the important migratory crisis that the autonomous city suffers after the last massive crossing of the border.
