When the Downtown Stanley A. Milner public library reopened in the fall of 2020 after a four-year, $84-million renovation, Pilar Martinez, the CEO of Edmonton’s public libraries beamed “We anticipate Edmontonians will be pleasantly surprised and thrilled when they see our revitalized library and all that it offers.
