Douglas Haynes, a longtime bivocational pastor, died Feb. 2. He was 82. A native of Mobile, Haynes attended Howard College (now Samford University). He served as a bivocational pastor for years in Randolph and Cleburne counties as he worked a career with the U.S. Postal Service.
