YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — A Niles man pleaded guilty Tuesday in federal court to drug charges. Nazzarion Battee-Diggs entered guilty pleas in U.S. Court for the Northern District of Ohio on three counts of possession with intent to distribute. Prosecutors list the drugs as fentanyl, cocaine, heroin and methamphetamine. Sentencing is set for Oct. 8. Battee-Diggs was indicted in April.
