BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) -- Blair County Coroner Ray Benton has ruled the drowning death of a woman accidental, according to a statement released Monday. On June 8, first responders were called to the area of Plummers Hollow Road and Birmingham Pike, Tyrone, for a water rescue.
