Law enforcement officers have found 1.5 million illegal cigarettes and tracking equipment in a warehouse in Riga, leading to the arrest of a Lithuanian citizen, the Latvian Tax and Customs Police said on Friday. In late June, law enforcement officers conducted a search of a warehouse in the capital's Teika neighborhood. During the search, 1.5 million cigarettes were seized, both with and without excise stamps.
