Letter: Isle Citizens United bill must be signed into law | Honolulu Star-Advertiser

We congratulate the Hawaii legislators who passed Senate Bill 2471, the “Citizens United” bill that will keep corporate interests from pouring money into our local elections. Though it’s not complete and the governor has still to sign it, it’s a good first step to make our elections by the people instead of by the money.
