Letter: Is lawfare good or bad?
According to all I read, “lawfare” is bad. Since our new Justice Department is being enjoined to investigate people and organizations opposed to the president’s actions, it seems to me that this is primal lawfare. Add to that the refusal to investigate anything that the Administration does, and it becomes even more egregious. It would be nice if MAGA folks would pick a side and stick to it.
