LETTER: Chilliwack’s new garbage contract a mess from the start

The new garbage contract has been mismanaged from the start. Driving around the city I can see large amount of missed pickups almost every day. My street was done on a Saturday instead of Friday last week. For the start, everyone on my street had their old containers at the curb ready for pickup as advertised.
