LETTER: Chilliwack pedestrian sees ‘vast improvement’ on Knight Road

A big thank you to the City of Chilliwack for the improvements to the stretch of Knight Road between Vedder and Chilliwack River Roads. Walkers and cyclists now have a wide, paved pathway with a treed boulevard separating them from vehicle traffic. Whereas before, walking along an unpaved narrow shoulder, and being close to vehicles, was quite an unnerving experience. They can now walk or cycle that section of road with confidence.
