NEW BERN, N.C. (WNCT) -- A man in Cary was sentenced to 61 months in prison for device fraud and identity theft on Tuesday, Apr. 8, 2025. On Nov. 4, 2024, Ibrahim Abiodun Aderounmu, 27, pled guilty to the charges. Aderounmu was also ordered to pay $536,782 in restitution to the victims.
