Despite Legalisation, Morocco's Black Market Cannabis Trade Still Dominates

MOROCCO, JUL 29 – Legal cannabis farming grew fourteen-fold to nearly 4,200 tonnes last year with 5,000 farmers licensed, but illegal cultivation still covers over 27,100 hectares, officials say.
