According to a probable cause statement April Meeks, a Lee’s Summit woman, was clocked driving 106 mph on Highway 60 near Cabool. The Cabool officer pulled over the vehicle and could smell a faint odor of intoxicants. Meeks consented to a breathalyzer test which registered her blood alcohol content at .157, nearly twice the amount allowed by law in Missouri.
