Leedon Green sets record high of $3,475 psf

Leedon Green has topped the list of private condos that achieved a new psf-price high from March 7 to 14. The new peak of $3,475 psf came from the sub-sale of a 1,496 sq ft, four-bedroom unit for $5.2 million on March 7.  The sellers of the seventh-floor unit had purchased it from the developer for about $3.99 million, or $2,665 psf, in June 2020.
