Caveney also represented the buyer, Vision Land, LLC, on the purchase of a 13.3-acre retail land site at the southwest corner of 183rd Street and LaGrange Road in Orland Park, Ill. The buyer is in the process of updating the survey and early planning for a mixed use of commercial pad site.
