The mayor of Saint-Denis Bally Bagayoko announced that he was a victim of racism after comments made on CNews. He also called on his supporters to participate in a "citizen gathering" against racism, on Saturday 4 April in front of the Town Hall. The anti-racism movement now throws itself on everything he finds to mount the French against each other, and to prevent anyone from criticising the communalist logics of the left extreme.
"I found these attacks ignoble (...), we are here in France, it is the French Republic that recognizes all its children regardless of their origin," said RTL the Minister of the Interior, adding: "I am very shocked by these words".
