Lawsuit: Military Retirees Club embezzled money from Richmond charity

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A Richmond charity is suing a local venue -- alleging that the venue embezzled the charity's money and used its state-issued Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license to serve alcohol.
