- On Dec. 16, Judge Rita Lin dismissed Ashley Parham's lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs, Odell Beckham Jr., and Druski for procedural failures, entering the dismissal without prejudice.
- Following months of missed deadlines, Judge Lin noted `It has been over two months since Plaintiffs' counsel's withdrawal, and Plaintiffs describe consulting an array of potential counsel, who have each declined to take the matter.`
- Beckham's team sought sanctions of at least $61,000, which the judge denied, and Druski's lawyers produced phone records showing he was in Georgia, far from the alleged incident.
- The judge ordered the case closed after months of inactivity, Andrew V. Jablon welcomed the dismissal on Dec. 17, and Druski said, `It was only a matter of time before this frivolous lawsuit against me was dismissed`.
- The Parham case was among dozens of suits against Sean "Diddy" Combs, music mogul, while his July conviction on criminal prostitution charges led to a four-year sentence.
