Califon Borough Council Approves Affordable Housing Plan

CALIFON – During a brief special meeting Monday evening, June 30, the Borough Council approved of the borough’s 2025 Housing Element and Fair Share Plan (HEFSP) with a zero housing obligation which amends the municipality’s Master Plan.
