STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — New York Gov. Kathy Hochul has announced $4.5 million in state funding to establish new Youth Assertive Community Treatment teams for children and young adults with mental illness, including one on Staten Island.

Launch of Youth Development Program Focused on Mental Health

The Youth Department of the Torrevieja City Council, in collaboration with the Alicante Provincial Council, has introduced a personal development program for young people called Vive-T.
