A Volunteer From Latvia Died in the War in Ukraine

Latvian volunteer Nikita Tarenovs, with the call sign "Latvian", died in the war with Russia. Latvian volunteer Nikita Tarenovs died on the Ukrainian front. He was wounded while repelling an attack and died from a drone strike during evacuation.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, this is the third Latvian volunteer to die in battle for Ukraine.
