The mobile phone of Angelika Melnikova, Speaker of the Coordinating Council (CC) of the Belarusian Opposition, who has not been in touch for almost a week, is in Belarus. This was announced by Pavel Latushko, a former Belarusian diplomat and ally of Svetlana Tikhanovskaya.
