LATHAM — State Police arrested Patrick Walsh on Sept. 16 on a warrant for additional charges of Grand Larceny in the fourth degree and Scheme to Defraud in the first degree. On Aug. 25, an additional victim contacted State Police after seeing a previous press release about Walsh’s arrest.
